Lina, a leader in our global Beauty business, truly embodies our expansive view of Equality & Inclusion (E&I). She has not only fostered an environment of trust and belonging within P&G, but also championed supplier diversity, significantly contributing to P&G’s 50-year Best Total Value procurement strategy, which enables us to access the broadest pool of suppliers and build a supply chain ecosystem that is competitive, innovative, resilient, and agile.

Her dedication extends to her work empowering women entrepreneurs through initiatives like the Sustainable Guar Initiative in India, which has expanded economic opportunity for women farmers. Lina’s leadership reflects how inclusive practices – both within and beyond our walls – can serve as a driver of economic and community impact, helping build more inclusive communities around the world.

Dario — Innovating E&I Education for All

Dario has played an important role in strengthening learning and development across P&G. As a regional leader for MARC (Mutual Accountability, Real Change), Dario worked with our partner Catalyst to provide employees with a comprehensive educational program that engages men as full partners and advocates in advancing gender equality.

During the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dario developed the Virtual Dialogues, adapting a live session format into a virtual setting that made meaningful conversations on inclusion and belonging accessible to thousands of P&G leaders and people managers across Europe. His innovative spirit and personal commitment have shifted how people experience belonging at P&G, inspiring others and unlocking performance across the region. Dario’s leadership exemplifies how learning and understanding can build stronger connections and move our culture forward.

Ilonka — Empowering Teams for Growth and Innovation

Ilonka embodies the spirit of empowering unique perspectives to drive success in our global Personal Health Care business. She has consistently championed building strong, inclusive teams and cultivates an entrepreneurial environment where psychological safety enables everyone to contribute and grow.

Ilonka’s dedication goes beyond creating a positive atmosphere; it directly translates into tangible outcomes. By building agile, global brand teams that deeply understand regional consumer needs and nuances, she has developed innovative solutions that unlock new consumer groups and propel our Personal Health Care business forward. Ilonka's approach enhances both team development and business performance, showing that P&G's business thrives by supporting our people.

Raymond — Cultivating Community to Inspire Disability Confidence

Raymond, P&G’s Global Ambassador for Employees with Disabilities and Medical Conditions, has transformed lives within our company by leading with empathy and sharing his own story. Drawing from his unique journey and experiences, Raymond courageously shares his perspective, fostering openness and understanding while inspiring others to embrace their authentic selves at work.

By establishing 15 employee support groups and spearheading initiatives to improve workplace accommodations, Raymond has helped create a more psychologically safe and accessible environment where employees feel seen, heard, and supported, allowing everyone to contribute openly and genuinely. Raymond’s impact helps make P&G a stronger, more empathetic, and more insightful company.
